How did blended come into business?

Blended owner, Ciara Choquette, has had a passion for fitness and nutrition for as long as she can remember and has always dreamed of opening up her own place. When the opportunity became available at Pro Fitness, she felt it would be the perfect fit with the clientele that's there to share her creations in a way that is healthy yet tasteful!

Her aim is to deliver protein shakes that you’ll enjoy and that will fuel your body with all of the nutrients it needs.
